Lived Experience Advisory Network

The Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN) is a group of patients, clients, care partners and families that serves in an advisory capacity, making recommendations on matters that impact the health care experience in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. Committee members are key partners in shaping the way care is delivered by actively collaborating with health care providers at the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Ontario Health Team. 

LEAN brings together individuals with a variety of experiences to: 

• Identify opportunities to improve the quality of care and delivery of services provided within the Ontario Health Team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and working groups.
• Actively promote and create new and unique opportunities for communication, collaboration and partnerships among patients, clients, care partners, families and health providers.
• Promote the inclusion of all voices in healthcare decision-making.
