Lived Experience Advisory Network
The Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN) is a group of patients, clients, care partners and families that serves in an advisory capacity, making recommendations on matters that impact the health care experience in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville.
Primary Care Network
The Primary Care Network (PCN) is a network of doctors and nurse practitioners working together to improve care in our communities.
