Collaboration Council

The Collaboration Council brings together representatives from across the OHT to provide leadership and oversight to all the work being done under the LLG OHT banner. It operates based on the OHT’s guiding principles. Their responsibilities include:

  • Planning and priorities
  • Quality and risk
  • Resources and accountability
  • Engagement and reporting
  • Consensus based decision-making and compliance

The Collaboration Council is co-chaired by Nick Vlacholias, President and CEO at Brockville General Hospital, and Rob Eves, Chief Executive Officer at Carebridge Community Support/Executive Director at Community Living Association Lanark County, and includes representatives from the following organizations:
